Implement plans to improve service quality **Job Description** ---------------------- Plan, direct, and supervise all activities of the assigned branch and ensure process optimization. * Provide strategic guidance to platform, operations, and acquisition teams to achieve established objectives. * Ensure that staff under supervision are adequately informed and trained on all processes and procedures—including those related to new products—and monitor proper implementation. * Continuously motivate staff and analyze relevant information to formulate strategies that guide supervised personnel toward achieving branch goals and objectives, as well as support sound decision-making. * As the Branch Service Quality Responsible, timely implement action plans to ensure progressive improvement toward the Bank’s defined standards. * Address, inform, advise, and resolve inquiries from both internal and external customers. * Ensure the branch maintains sufficient stock of required office materials and supplies to operate without disruption. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Two years of experience in the same position; three years in equivalent roles. * Cash handling and control. * Performance indicator management.
