**Responsibilities** * Responsible for designing and creating detailed floor plans using our own\-developed web\-based measurements and drawing tools. * Ability to meet deadlines **Requirements \& Skills** * Experience as a Drafter / Draftsman or in a similar role * Familiarity with 2D \& 3D modeling tools * Graduate or student of Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related technical program * Fresh graduates and students are welcome to apply * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions * English proficiency is required, as mentors and coaches do not speak Spanish * Willing to undergo hybrid training (online first, then onsite when required) **Training \& Work Format** * Training begins online initially. * Once the office is officially open, training will transition to in\-office depending on individual progress. * After completing the training, the role will become permanently home\-based.
