CONTROL AGENT - PACASMAYO · Your Mission: Ensure and control internal order within the corporate facilities and external areas where the company interacts, with the aim of maintaining an organizational environment characterized by respect, security, trust, and tranquility. Your Challenges: Comply with all job-specific rules, regulations, procedures, and instructions, as well as the company’s established occupational safety and health recommendations. Record daily attendance movements — entries and exits — of personnel at the service location. Record daily movements of all external personnel visiting company facilities; request their physical DNI for identification and obtain prior authorization from the required or visited person before entry. If entering to perform work inside the facilities, request appropriate and well-maintained SCTR and PPEs. Monitor personnel belongings entering and exiting the premises to safeguard company assets. Monitor the entry and exit of merchandise, furniture, equipment, supplies, and materials; report misuse or abuse of company resources; ensure compliance with instructions and procedures to minimize risks that may cause instability or loss. Verify that any company product or asset leaves with its corresponding exit slip. Inspect the condition and status of all vehicles entering or exiting company premises, maintaining control and custody while the vehicle remains on-site. Important Requirements to Apply: Completed secondary education. Studies from SUCAMEC, specialized institutions, or military service (desirable). Minimum 1–3 years of experience. Residence in Pacasmayo, San Pedro de Lloc, or nearby areas. Why Work With Us?
