Job Posting: Front-End Loader Operator Work Location: Callao * **Requirements** \- Minimum 1 year of experience operating a front-end loader. \- Valid A1 driver’s license (mandatory). \- Valid or expired front-end loader operation course certificate (mandatory). \- Reside in areas adjacent to Callao. \- Forklift operation experience is valued (desirable). * **Responsibilities** \- Operate the front-end loader to load trucks, feed hoppers, and transport materials within the plant, following supervisor instructions. \- Strictly comply with safety regulations and mandatorily use personal protective equipment (PPE). \- Inspect equipment condition before and during use, immediately reporting any mechanical failure, unsafe condition, or incident. \- Maintain clear communication with operators, supervisors, and plant personnel to ensure proper task coordination and process continuity. \- Collaborate in maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area, supporting compliance with operational and safety standards. \- Assist with forklift operation when required, as a complementary skill. * Work Schedule (monthly rotation) \- Monday to Friday: 7:30 am – 5:30 pm / Saturdays: 7:30 am – 10:30 am \- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm / Saturdays: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm * **Benefits** \- Salary: S/ 1600\. \- Overtime pay. \- Formal employment registration with statutory benefits. \- Job stability in a growing company.
