Requirements * Graduates or students in their final years (4th or 5th year) of Industrial Engineering. * **Knowledge of applied statistics for research** * Knowledge of Research Methodology and APA standards. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Knowledge of quantitative/qualitative research. * Immediate availability / Part-time, Monday to Friday. * Afternoon shift (12:30 PM to 5:30 PM). Responsibilities * Writing the theoretical framework and problem statement. * Collecting and interpreting data and information. * Formulating, executing, and advising on each phase of the research process. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
