Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed and registered professional in Anthropology, Sociology, or Social Work to supervise construction works in road infrastructure projects, with emphasis on sociocultural aspects and community relations. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision role in rural road improvement projects. 2. Focus on community relations and sociocultural aspects. 3. Relevant experience in conflict resolution with communities. ***NOTE: This requirement is for CONTRACT SIGNING (Law No. 32069)*** **1. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** * Anthropologist and/or Sociologist and/or Bachelor in Social Work and/or Bachelor in Social Anthropology and/or Bachelor in Social Work and/or Bachelor in Communication, licensed and registered **2. EXPERIENCE** Minimum two (02) years of experience as responsible person and/or coordinator and/or specialist and/or supervisor and/or head and/or any combination of these titles in/of: * Social affairs and/or * Social and/or * Community liaison and/or * Social area and/or * Sociocultural aspects and/or * Community relations and/or * Conflict resolution and community impacts and/or * Sociocultural aspects and/or * Community-related activities within the Compensation and Involuntary Resettlement Plan (PACRI) and/or * Conflict resolution and community impacts and/or * Social activities in the area of influence and/or * Socio-environmental specialist and/or * Social intervention and/or * General social intervention and/or * Social assistant In consulting and/or supervision and/or execution of construction works in general, counted from date of registration. ***\- Similar Works*** * Construction and/or building and/or reconstruction and/or improvement and/or rehabilitation (including any combination thereof) of rural roads and/or rural road(s) and/or departmental highways and/or departmental road(s)25 and/or national highways **3.
