




Job Summary: An agro-industrial company seeks an experienced Quality Coordinator in the food industry to ensure product quality and safety, manage documentation, and lead audits. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage food product quality and safety. 2. Lead and conduct internal audits and manage pest control. 3. Coordinate physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses of products. **An agro-industrial company requires a Quality Coordinator.** with experience in the food industry. **with the following profile:** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage documentation: Document coding * Review and distribute documentation * Ensure product quality and safety * Maintain the Quality Manual up to date and ensure its dissemination * Facilitate communication across departments * Ensure compliance with GMP, PHA, and HACCP * Verify compliance with equipment and measurement instrument calibration programs * Report daily progress and incidents using the GMP/HACCP Control Form * Ensure effectiveness of documentation processes, corrective actions, and preventive actions * Support implementation of the Quality Management System by training and advising staff * Develop the Annual Internal Audit Program, conduct and lead internal audits * Convene meetings and assign responsibility for responding to customer complaints and claims, follow up on them, and maintain complaint and claim records * Responsible for Pest Control Management * Assist external auditors during each plant visit * Plan, coordinate, and oversee physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses of raw materials, inputs, and finished products * Develop and execute supplier audit programs * Review, direct, and update HACCP plans and convene periodic HACCP team meetings * Evaluate performance of personnel under supervision * Prevent unnecessary consumption of resources: personnel, materials, water, energy, etc. * Develop and implement staff training programs **REQUIREMENTS:** * University degree (Food Engineering, Agro-Industrial Engineering, or related fields) * Availability to work in Pachacamac (Manchay) \- * OBSERVATIONS: (Preferably reside in ATE, VILLA MARIA DEL TRIUNFO, VILLA EL SALVADOR, LURIN, PACHACAMAC, or LA MOLINA) * Minimum 3 years of experience in this position. * Knowledge of food quality control. * Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards. * Leadership and supervisory skills. * Data organization and analysis capabilities. * Effective communication skills. * Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.3,500\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
