Develop technical proposals for our products targeting public and private entities and general customers. Provide technical advice before and after sales, highlighting the benefits of our products and explaining their competitive advantages in construction processes, cost-efficiency, and quality of our road solutions. Process project prospecting information by analyzing its content to suggest or propose potential engineering developments. Coordinate with the prospecting department to deliver technical-commercial training sessions for various groups of stakeholders involved in projects, ensuring all members of the supply chain receive relevant information. Prepare technical proposals in collaboration with external consultants and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery. Continuously inform the company about major projects and their requirements to prepare and adapt strategic plans, ensuring objectives are met. Monitor projects through to the bidding stage and participate in negotiation strategies for KAM projects to ensure proper understanding of specifications and maintain project proposal standards. Identify market needs for new product development by analyzing customer requirements, aiming to generate tailored proposals. Requirements Completed degree in Civil Engineering. Knowledge in soil studies and road engineering (essential). Courses or training in pavement design and/or geotechnics (essential). Minimum of 2 years of experience as a soils and pavements engineer, site engineer in road projects, or related fields. Willingness and availability to travel frequently.
