Responsibilities * Prepare dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards. * Perform mise en place and maintain adequate stock at the workstation. * Ensure proper food handling and storage. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the kitchen area. * Meet preparation time requirements during service. * Assist in inventory control and minimize waste. * Coordinate with the head chef and the rest of the team.
