MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Present the menu and explain daily promotions or recommendations. * Take orders clearly, quickly, and accurately. * Serve food and beverages following service and presentation protocols. * Ensure customer satisfaction during the service. * Remove used plates, glasses, and utensils. * Set up and break down tables before and after service. * Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for order delivery. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and work station. * Deliver the bill and coordinate payment with the cashier. * Proudly represent the rooftop’s image. * Handle complaints or requests with empathy and efficiency. * Adhere to schedules, appearance standards, and service protocols. * Have detailed knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods. * Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and coordinated service. * Report any incidents to the manager. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or high-end restaurants. * Excellent personal presentation and communication skills. * Positive attitude, kindness, and service orientation. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Availability for rotating shifts.
