At Auna, we work with a comprehensive healthcare model centered on people, the most important pillar of our mission. **Job Mission:** Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints from affiliates visiting the Customer Service Platform and Clinic Modules. **Job Responsibilities:** 1\. Provide in-office service for requests and inquiries from affiliates and the general public, as well as manage complaints or guide complainants on how to register complaints in the physical or virtual complaint book. 2\. Inform about the scope (coverages, benefits, and conditions) of the different individual programs within AUNA's portfolio. 3\. Receive payments for renewals of different individual programs via payment tools or card transactions. 4\. Update non-sensitive data requested by policyholders or affiliates. 5\. Perform daily closing of settlements for affiliations/renewals of different individual programs handled in the office. 6\. Manage and reconcile cash drawer (user level). 7\. Manage cases and coordinate with other departments or back-office teams to resolve inquiries or requests from policyholders and affiliates. 8\. Provide support and service at the site assigned in advance by their direct supervisor, during scheduled hours, complying with a maximum of 48 hours per week. 9\. Assist with tasks assigned by their direct supervisor, replacing an executive who is on vacation or medical leave, provided these tasks align with the previously described responsibilities. 10\. Record all inquiries, requests, or demands in our SAR management system for proper tracking and response. 11\. Adhere to the IAFAS Complaint Registration Process flow. **Requirements:** Minimum one year of experience in similar roles in banking, financial institutions, or healthcare. **Minimum Education:** Completed higher education or final cycles. Plan and conduct training sessions within the service. Participate in the development and implementation of nursing management documents with support from the area's healthcare team. Evaluate unit performance and manage evaluation results. Provide health counseling to patients and families related to procedures to be performed. Timely update nursing management reports: statistics, audits, indicators, and others. Perform inventory of medical supplies and materials, kept organized and controlled. Supervise activities assigned to nursing staff. Participate in and/or carry out research related to the specialty. Comply with institutional regulations and all other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Ensure proper documentation of nursing interventions in the electronic medical record (xHIS). Monitor compliance with biosafety standards, care guidelines, job manuals, and procedures. Manage staffing requirements promptly to ensure proper operation of the unit. Interact directly with various departments (patient safety, infection control, worker safety, IT, and blood bank) to identify improvement opportunities and implement corresponding actions. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, licensed, with current Professional Competency Certificate. Specialization in Emergency and Disaster Management. Current certification registration from CEP. Five years of experience in nursing services. Three years of experience in the required specialty. Basic to intermediate level in Microsoft Office. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Professional university degree in Agroindustrial Engineering, Food Industry Engineering, Biology or related fields. * Professional and/or work experience related to the position, no less than 2 years. * Knowledge of quality, GMP, food safety standards, process control terms * Knowledge and use of Excel and ERP NISIRA programs **FUNCTIONS:** * Analyze, interpret and update GMP, SOPs and MIP documents. * Monitor and verify compliance with cleaning and disinfection plans and records. * Track and address non-conformities affecting product quality. * Manage procurement requests for chemical supplies, cleaning materials, and process apparel. * Implement and support the application of HACCP, HARCP, GMP, and SOP systems.
