




**REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Professional and/or work experience related to the position, not less than 6 months. * Preferably with courses or specializations in Human Resources. * Experience in the agro-industrial sector. * Professional training completed within the last year. * Knowledge of Organizational Development, including workplace climate, training programs, and performance management. **FUNCTIONS** * Manage the implementation of the Annual Training Plan and ensure proper documentation of all training activities. * Report monthly performance evaluation and workplace climate assessment results in a formal report. * Propose and implement initiatives to improve workplace climate. * Develop surveys, recommendations, plans, or programs for organizational development to enhance organizational culture. * Organize team integration events and training sessions to motivate work teams. * Draft, deliver, and track memoranda to staff according to the Internal Regulations. * Manage personnel movements and communicate promotions.
