Position Mission: Monitor and track disbursed mortgage loan operations to ensure their proper registration with SUNARP as well as formalization of the guarantee. Responsibilities: * Be responsible for properly formalizing customer operations in systems, where such operations require registry registration. * Review documents downloaded from the Trazer system and any other platform indicated by the supervisor, which will be used for tracking formalization, according to the client’s checklist per product type. * Record corresponding observations in the Trazer system and any other platform indicated by the supervisor, which will be used for tracking formalization, in case the client’s checklist is not met. * Approve and advance activities in the Trazer system and any other platform indicated by the supervisor, which will be used for tracking formalization, provided that documentation is complete per the client’s checklist. * Timely track each operation assigned to your inbox. Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of experience performing similar functions. * Currently in the final cycles of Law studies. * Experience in document management (preferably in the banking sector). * Prior work experience in notary offices or BPO service companies (preferred). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
