Opportunity to join a prestigious and expanding organization Our client, a major Peruvian company expanding nationwide and specializing in fiber optic internet services, has entrusted us with the search for a **Field Fault Technician**. What are the main responsibilities? * Respond to and resolve FTTH service faults in the field. * Diagnose faults in fiber optic networks and at customer premises. * Restore service within established timeframes and service level agreements. * Provide appropriate and clear customer service during repairs. * Support FTTH installations when operations require it. * Record work orders, evidence, and measurements in the system. What are we looking for? * Students or graduates in Networks and Telecommunications, Communication Technologies, Electronics, Computer Systems, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Basic MS Office proficiency; familiarity with management applications; FTTH installation and fiber optic connectorization; experience working at heights. * Service-oriented, dynamic, organized, and collaborative individual. What are the employment terms? * On-site position reporting to the central office in Chiclayo. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 08:30 to 17:00. * Competitive salary \+ bonuses. * Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits.
