Job Description: **Area:** Integrated Management System (IMS) **Position:** IMS Manager **Requirements:** * **Fields of Study:** Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, or related disciplines. * **Academic Degree:** Bachelor's degree or higher. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of proven experience in implementing, monitoring, or improving Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). **Technical Knowledge and Skills:** * Solid knowledge of the “trinorm” and applicable legal requirements. * Advanced Office Suite (mandatory). * Experience in internal audits and recertification processes. * Management of performance indicators (KPIs). * Development and control of IMS documentation. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel and office productivity tools. * Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). * **Desirable:** Knowledge of document management software. **Personal Competencies:** * Clear, coherent, and formal communication. * Leadership, organizational, and teamwork abilities. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. * Analytical and technical writing skills. **Job Functions:** * Monitor and control the Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with the implemented “trinorm” (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001). * Implement and maintain a daily monitoring plan guaranteeing order, discipline, and continuity in organizational activities. * Verify that planning and coordination meetings result in clear, executed, and documented commitments. * Identify organizational weaknesses and propose immediate corrective actions to improve internal management. * Promote an organizational culture based on continuous improvement, ensuring all personnel work under established procedures. * Design and implement strategies to reduce fragmented work, enhancing coordination across departments and projects. * Develop and implement a standardized platform for inductions and training, optimizing time spent on staff briefings. * Monitor quality, safety, and environmental management indicators, generating periodic reports for senior management. * Coordinate with all departments to ensure process integration under the IMS framework. * Maintain up-to-date IMS documentation (manuals, procedures, forms, records, plans, etc.). * Manage internal and external IMS audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. * Support company services to ensure alignment with the IMS and propose improvements in execution. * Propose and implement projects optimizing time and resources in administrative and operational processes. * Train and raise awareness among staff on quality, safety, and environmental topics. * Monitor legal compliance regarding safety, health, and the environment. * Lead risk and opportunity management related to the IMS. * Prepare and disseminate IMS performance reports containing findings, conclusions, and action plans. * Ensure information traceability, preventing loss of critical data or records. * Support senior management in strategic decision-making based on IMS results. * Ensure rigorous implementation and commitment to the IMS, guaranteeing that plans are not merely theoretical but yield verifiable outcomes.
