Maintain a healthy portfolio and reduce delinquency **Join our team!** At **JJ Collections**, we are seeking talent for the position **Field Collections Manager – Chiclayo**; learn more about this employment opportunity below: **What is the main challenge?** * Conduct in-person field collections with individuals holding overdue debts, aiming to recover pending payments, maintain a healthy portfolio, and reduce delinquency rates, ensuring respectful and professional treatment. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Conduct home visits to individuals with overdue debts to negotiate payment or regularization agreements. * Retain units (motorcycles or vehicles) in cases of serious payment default. * Verify and update customer contact information (address, phone number, workplace, etc.). * Channel requests such as agreements, rescheduling, or complaints, ensuring proper referral and follow-up. * Record daily Collections forms for each collection activity and upload evidence of visits. * Negotiate documented payment agreements, refinancing, or commitments. * Report incidents or critical alerts to the Collections and/or Legal departments. * Deliver formal collection notices according to company policies. * Efficiently and safely complete assigned routes. * Maintain ethical and professional conduct at all times. **What are we looking for?** * **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in field collections (preference given to automotive, financial, or retail sectors). * Valid motorcycle driver’s license. * Own motorcycle in good condition and valid SOAT insurance. * Knowledge of local and peripheral routes. * High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure. * Strong negotiation and assertive communication skills. * No police or criminal records. * Basic knowledge of collection regulations and judicial procedures. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Salary: S/ 1500 + transportation allowance + commissions.
