We are hiring 05 PROFESSIONALS for Social Responsibility and Vallejo in the Community – Chiclayo Campus. **Apply via the following link:** https://seleccionucv.evaluar.com/trabajo/chiclayo\-profesional\-psicologoa\-responsabilidad\-social\-y\-vallejo\-en\-la\-comunidad/ **Position Requirements!** * Licensed and registered psychologist. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Availability to work full-time. * Preferably residing in areas near the campus. **Key Challenges!** * Develop and justify the Operational Plan for their area at the main campus, branches, or campuses. * Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate processes and activities of the School of School and University Leaders and Volunteering programs at the main campus, branches, or campuses. * Implement the recruitment, development, closure, and evaluation processes of the School of School and University Leaders at their campus. * Coordinate and carry out the selection process of assigned facilitators for the School of School and University Leaders at the main campus, branches, or campuses. * Coordinate the development of training workshops. * Supervise and monitor activities conducted by professionals responsible for training sessions. * Coordinate and propose complementary high-impact activities supporting participant development in assigned programs. * Prepare reports on activities and objectives achieved by the School of Leaders. * Propose, coordinate, implement, and monitor volunteering activities that foster value-based education—such as solidarity, justice, equality, non-violence, respect, etc.—enabling university students’ personal and professional growth as responsible citizens at the main campus, branches, or campuses, aligned with the national plan. * Design and implement learning activities focused on conflict resolution and constructive solution development, oriented toward social and cultural inclusion, enabling volunteers to apply knowledge, skills, and competencies acquired during their training. * Disseminate results of volunteering activities. * Promote strategic alliances with community members to implement university social responsibility programs in prioritized areas. * Disseminate university social responsibility programs within the community. * Invite community members to participate in various university social responsibility programs. * Support the implementation of university social responsibility programs within the community. * Prepare and submit reports on activities carried out. * Prepare and submit reports and summaries on activities and objectives achieved by the area. * Prepare the annual activity report for the main campus, branches, or campuses. * Other duties assigned by the Coordinator of Social Responsibility and Vallejo in the Community. **UCV Benefits!** * Payroll enrollment from day one * Institutional and educational agreements * Pleasant working environment «At UCV, we value and respect individuals’ unique characteristics.
