A prominent Lambayeque-based gastronomic company is looking to add an Administrative Assistant for a restaurant to its team, with the following qualifications: **Profile:** * Technical or university graduate in Restaurant Administration, Hotel and Tourism Management, or related fields (mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant performing administrative functions in restaurants (mandatory). * Availability to work full-time and on rotating shifts. **Main Responsibilities:** * Maintain operations and services according to company standards. * Identify and propose improvement actions for service and/or production processes. * Protect the company's brand and positive image. * Responsible for proper maintenance of the premises. * Guide the administration of assigned personnel. * Establish and strengthen a productive and efficient work environment. * Serve as the communication channel between staff and HR.
