Job Summary: Security Agent responsible for providing protection and security to facilities, personnel, customers, and assets, ensuring compliance with security protocols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Control personnel, customer, and supplier entry and exit 2. Conduct security patrols and report incidents 3. Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems; assist during emergencies **Security Agent** **Job Objective** Provide protection and security to the company's facilities, personnel, customers, and assets, ensuring compliance with security protocols and risk prevention measures. **Main Responsibilities** * Control personnel, customer, and supplier entry and exit. * Conduct security patrols inside and outside the facilities. * Report incidents, suspicious situations, or emergencies. * Ensure compliance with internal security regulations. * Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems. * Assist in evacuation procedures and emergency response. * Record occurrences and incidents in the logbook or control system. * Provide courteous guidance and assistance to visitors and staff. **Requirements** **Education** * Completed secondary education. * Security course or private security training preferred. **Experience** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a security agent, guard, or in similar roles. * Experience in companies, hotels, restaurants, retail, or condominiums preferred. **Knowledge** * Access control and surveillance. * Emergency protocol handling. * Basic first aid (preferred). * CCTV camera and security system operation (preferred).
