Job Summary: A Social Work professional with experience in managing social benefits, workplace wellness, and comprehensive support for employees. Key Highlights: 1. Manages benefits and procedures with Essalud and insurance policies. 2. Designs and implements wellness and preventive health plans. 3. Provides guidance and mediation to foster a harmonious work environment. ***\> Attach a documented CV and/or employment references*** **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct procedures with Essalud (registrations, maternity leave, medical leave exchanges) and manage subsidy recovery. * Administer and ensure validity of mandatory and voluntary insurance policies (EPS). * Design the Annual Social Wellness Plan, including integration activities, special dates, and preventive health programs. * Conduct home or hospital visits for vulnerable cases and provide social guidance to employees. * Properly monitor and track medical leaves, preparing monthly absenteeism reports due to medical causes. * Act as a mediator in conflicts between employees or between employees and the company, promoting harmonious labor relations. * Provide orientation, counseling, and emotional support to workers facing personal, family, or financial issues affecting their job performance. * Collaborate in identifying risk situations—such as workplace harassment or stress—and design preventive measures. * Propose initiatives enabling company employees to improve their quality of life within the workplace. * Support recruitment, onboarding, and especially separation processes (outplacement), managing the human impact. **Requirements:** **Education** * Licensed and officially registered Social Worker. **Experience** * Minimum one (1\) year of experience in public or private entities. **Desirable Certifications** * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. **Technical Competencies** * Current Peruvian labor legislation. * Proficiency in the VIVA platform \- Essalud. * Knowledge of EPS and insurance management (SCTR/Life Law). **Benefits:** * Join a leading company in the Lambayeque region. * Competitive salary aligned with the labor market. * Ongoing training to enhance your professional development. * Career path and growth opportunities within the organization.
