Mission: Ensure operational efficiency in the Packing area by generating and timely analyzing performance data, effectively coordinating with support departments, and implementing continuous improvement projects and digital solutions. Additionally, guarantee appropriate staffing levels, compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices, contributing to achieving operational objectives and controlling the department’s budget. Key responsibilities include: - Generate and validate daily performance reports for plant operators, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data extracted from weighing systems. - Prepare the daily operations summary report, including harvest schedule compliance, process efficiency, and packing stage durations, through indicator analysis and comparison against the operational plan. - Coordinate operational requirements for Packing with support departments (HR, Recruitment, Cafeteria, and Transportation), such as breaks, vacations, staffing levels, food reservations, and transportation, ensuring tracking and fulfillment of each request. - Lead the implementation of continuous improvement and digital automation projects at the plant, designing applications, reports, and dashboards using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, and root cause analysis, and tools including Power Apps and Tableau. - Document digital procedures and continuous improvement project outcomes, developing manuals, workflows, and technical reports to ensure process standardization and updating. - Manage operator staffing requirements in coordination with Packing departments, analyzing daily needs and controlling labor costs in accordance with the established budget. - Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, directly related to the nature of the position and oriented toward achieving operational objectives. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or professional title in Industrial Engineering, Food Industries, Systems Engineering, or related fields. - Complementary training in KPI monitoring and statistical process control. - Proficiency in SAP MM, Tableau, and Power Apps. - Willingness to reside on-site (Olmos) from Monday to Saturday.
