Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead maintenance teams, plan and optimize processes, ensuring the availability and reliability of agricultural and heavy machinery. Experience in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance A company specializing in heavy machinery rental services for the agricultural sector is looking for a professional who meets the following profile: Professional Profile - Qualified Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 4 years’ experience leading maintenance teams. - Competencies in maintenance planning, resource control, and process optimization, aimed at ensuring equipment and machinery availability, reliability, and proper operation within the organization. - Ability to lead personnel management, coordinate resources, and maintain effective communication across various departments of the company, promoting a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment. - Focus on achieving organizational objectives, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and ensuring operational continuity of equipment and processes. - Experience in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs for agricultural machinery and tools, heavy machinery, trailers (Volvo, International, and Freightliner), harvesters, and light-duty fleet. - Technical knowledge in electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and control systems. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical English.
