Currently, we are seeking a LOGISTICS ASSISTANT who meets the following profile: WHAT DO WE NEED? Graduate or final-year student in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or procurement (experience in automotive service companies is preferred). Responsibility, organization, and professional ethics. Basic knowledge of logistics management, supply chain, or warehousing. Proficiency in Excel and digital tools for inventory control. Teamwork ability and willingness to learn improvement processes. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support purchasing of spare parts, supplies, and workshop materials. Coordinate with suppliers regarding order deliveries and track delivery timelines. Register and update inventories to prevent stockouts. Assist in receiving, storing, and coding spare parts. Timely supply of workshop area according to work orders, under supervision of the Logistics Manager. Review and organize purchase documentation (invoices, waybills) in compliance with SUNAT regulations. Prepare basic reports on spare parts and material consumption.
