Additionally, contribute recommendations and improvements to the process, implement reports, and perform other support activities as required by departmental supervision.**Functions and Responsibilities:*** Collaborate in the search for and evaluation of new suppliers. * Assist in the preparation and tracking of purchase orders, in accordance with the Procurement Policy. * Support price quotation and comparison for products and services. * Record and archive purchase orders and related documents. * Support the preparation of weekly and monthly procurement reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint. * Track deliveries and coordinate with suppliers to ensure compliance with agreed timelines. * Report any incidents or delivery delays to the procurement team. * Respond to basic supplier inquiries under the coordinator’s supervision. * Participate in continuous improvement projects within the Procurement Department. * Collaborate in the implementation of new tools or systems to improve procurement process efficiency. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, related to the position’s mission. **Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (mandatory). * Intermediate or Advanced English (mandatory). * Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Vision, Power BI). * Experience in similar positions (desirable).
