HSE Engineer - Wind Farm

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Safety Engineer to supervise and ensure compliance with HSE regulations in construction, energy, or infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead comprehensive safety and health supervision on projects. 2. Ensure effective implementation of HSE plans and incident prevention. 3. Coordinate to guarantee safe conditions across all project phases. **Required Profile:** **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related field (degree holder and licensed professional). **Driver's license:** Class A1 driver's license is mandatory. **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE supervision on construction, energy, or infrastructure projects. Experience in implementing and monitoring safety and health plans. Availability to work from Monday to Saturday **Main Responsibilities:** Comprehensive supervision of compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations at the worksite. Verification of HSE plan implementation by EPC contractors. Conducting field inspections focused on critical tasks. Incident tracking, root cause analysis, and verification of corrective actions. Validation of work permits and risk assessments (IPERC, ATS, or others). Coordination with the Site Manager and contractors to ensure safe conditions across all project phases.
