Position Summary: We are seeking a responsible Kardex Analyst to ensure accurate recording and control of inventory movements and to perform reconciliations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Interdepartmental coordination for movement validation We are looking for a **Kardex Analyst** responsible for ensuring accurate recording and control of inventory movements, performing reconciliations between physical stock and system records, as well as analyzing and tracking discrepancies. **Requirements:** University degree in Accounting or related field; minimum 1 year of experience in Kardex, inventory, or warehouse operations; intermediate Excel proficiency; knowledge of physical and valued Kardex. ERP experience and inventory management skills are desirable. **Responsibilities:** * Record and control material, product, and supply receipts and issuances. * Maintain an up-to-date **physical and valued Kardex**. * Perform reconciliations between physical inventory and the system. * Analyze inventory discrepancies and prepare incident reports. * Track transfers, returns, adjustments, and stock regularization activities. * Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, Accounting, and other departments to validate movements. * Prepare stock, inventory turnover, and product movement reports. * Verify that receipt and issuance documents are accurately recorded and properly supported. * Participate in periodic physical inventories and internal audits. * Identify products with low stock, overstock, or low turnover. * Maintain organized and updated documentation related to inventories. * Propose improvements to optimize inventory control and reduce discrepancies. **Competencies:** analytical ability, organization, attention to detail, responsibility, and teamwork.
