Job Objective To provide friendly and efficient customer service by advising clients on children's clothing purchases, thereby achieving store sales targets and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Requirements * Completed secondary education (mandatory) * Minimum 6 months of sales experience (preferably in clothing stores, retail, or customer service) * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Strong communication skills, courteous demeanor, and customer orientation * Availability to work rotating shifts between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday Main Responsibilities * Attend to and advise customers on children's clothing purchases * Achieve sales targets and promote campaigns and promotions * Supervise product organization, cleanliness, and proper display * Assist with store opening/closing procedures and basic cash handling (if applicable) * Coordinate merchandise restocking and support inventory control * Prepare basic sales reports and report issues to management * Provide courteous service and assist with customer returns or inquiries * Operate the **POS** system to record sales, issue receipts, and perform cash closures. Working Conditions * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. * Remuneration: 1300 * Incentives: Sales commissions + bonus for target achievement * Positive work environment and growth opportunities Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 \- S/.1,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
