We are currently seeking an **ADMISSIONS EXECUTIVE** for our Guillermo Kaelin Hospital Complex. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide clear and timely information to patients. * Accurately register patients in the system (identification, data update, photo, and fingerprint). * Generate, cancel, and reschedule appointments, validating duplication and deferral. * Print and deliver appointment reservation tickets to patients for in-person management. * Contact patients in case of last-minute rescheduling and arrange future care as a replacement. * Create, structure, and monitor medical schedules according to organizational guidelines. * Guide patients, family members, and visitors regarding the layout of the Hospital Complex and the location of clinics and other areas. * Coordinate with relevant departments any additional requirements for patient care being referred (CDs with images, biopsies, reports, etc.). * Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate or current student of Administration, Computer Science, or related field (mandatory) * Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare centers or clinics. * Experience in patient service. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Availability to work in the district of Villa María del Triunfo. **BENEFITS** * All statutory benefits. * Work for an internationally accredited company with ISO and Joint Commission International (one of the most important global healthcare accreditations). * Continuous training. * Discounts with educational institutions, oncology insurance discount, supplier visits, and more. ***Join our mission: contribute to improving the quality of life of Peruvians!*** ***Our company is committed to equity and inclusion because we believe every person is unique and different.
