We are currently seeking two proactive individuals with the ability to perform tasks quickly for the position of kitchen assistant: REQUIREMENTS: \- Minimum of 3 months of experience in food preparation area. \- Knowledge of food preparation (hot and cold dishes). \- Ability to follow established procedures and preparation methods. \- Completed secondary or technical education. \- Availability to work in Villa el Salvador. \- Speed and willingness to learn new techniques and recipes. \- Teamwork skills. \- Must be over 18 years old (MANDATORY). \- Immediate availability. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Carry out operational production and pre-preparation processes (peeling, chopping, cutting, thawing, among others). \- Assist in food preparation and serving, following portion control guidelines. \- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. \- Maintain a clean and organized workspace. \- Fulfill duties as defined for the job position.
