Job Summary: Peruvian Nature S&S is seeking a professional to lead the Supply Chain and procurement strategy for organic superfoods, managing suppliers and developing new products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the Supply Chain strategy and annual procurement plan. 2. Manage strategic suppliers and ensure compliance with certifications. 3. Lead new product development and alternative supply solutions. At Peruvian Nature S\&S, we process and market the finest organic superfoods from Peru. We are the leading bridge between Peru's biodiversity and the global food industry. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agribusiness, Agroindustrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. * Specialization in Supply Chain, Strategic Procurement, Agribusiness, Logistics, or Project Management. * Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain. * Experience in procurement and sourcing of organic products. * Experience in supplier development, projects, and new product development. * ERP systems, advanced Excel, intermediate English preferred, quality management systems, and occupational health and safety (OHS) systems. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Plan and lead the Supply Chain strategy and annual procurement plan. * Manage strategic suppliers: identification, qualification, negotiation, and performance evaluation. * Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, inputs, and supplies by overseeing purchasing and inventory levels. * Manage organic product sourcing and supplier development, ensuring compliance with certifications. * Lead new product development and alternative supply solutions, coordinating trials, validations, and material qualification. * Monitor KPIs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and lead operational efficiency and improvement initiatives. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with commuting assistance from Benavides. Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation for this position?
