Sealing Machine Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a sealing machine operator to verify production orders, operate machinery, perform adjustments, and ensure bag quality. Key Highlights: 1. Available training **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education * 6 months of experience performing similar duties * Knowledge of BPM BCRGS PACKAGING materials is desirable **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Daily verification of the production order provided by the Area Supervisor * Placement of reels onto the sealing machine, verification of reel identification, measurement of reel width, and validation of suitability per production order * Insertion of the shaft through the core and placement of chucks on both ends * Note: Ensure proper body postures when handling loads * Lifting the reel using the manual hoist or pallet truck to position it correctly on the machine * Operating the machine control panels to program sealing parameters according to bag dimensions and thickness (length, sealing temperature, conveyor speed, etc.) * Performing necessary adjustments and repairs to ensure optimal machine operation * During bag manufacturing, carefully select bags meeting quality standards (first-grade bags); separate first-grade production from non-conforming bags (second-grade) * Classify bags failing to meet quality specifications as second-grade packaging or scrap * Baling according to the production order or as directed by the Area Supervisor * Palletizing the produced goods and delivering them to the Area Supervisor * Ensuring correct labeling of sealed bales and pallets (using stickers and marker pens) * Using materials correctly and efficiently * Ensuring safety and hygiene of sealed bags **BENEFITS:** * Statutory benefits * Training opportunities * 100% covered meals * Rotating shift schedule: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) * Residence location: Lurin Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
