Job Summary: Unilog is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate the receiving, dispatching, picking, and packing of goods for both local and international markets. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory management and material distribution within the warehouse. **Unilog**, a leading provider of logistics solutions with presence in Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Coordinate all activities involved in the receiving and dispatching of goods for both the local and international markets; supervise picking and packing activities. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate receiving and dispatching of goods with the department head. * Review the packing list during receiving and dispatching processes. * Assign daily tasks to personnel under supervision. * Perform picking according to issued instructions. * Conduct daily inventory of goods and perform a full inventory once per month after each closing. * Distribute and arrange materials in designated locations using assigned equipment (hydraulic or electric pallet jack, forklift, stacker, etc.). * Monitor tasks performed by assistants in packing, dispatching, receiving, and material distribution within the warehouse. * Inspect and label goods prepared for dispatch, whether for the local market or export. * Carry out the goods receiving process. * Coordinate transportation based on activity type and goods weight. * Prepare receiving reports, including photos of received goods. * Generate reports on pending manual waybills requiring regularization and pending credit notes to be issued. * Request daily corrections of goods volumes by verifying physical stock and updating the system accordingly. * Coordinate with the sector specialist to secure necessary resources for the next day’s operations. * Complete required resource information in the Work Order (OT), as agreed upon with the Department Head. * Arrange transportation for loading and coordinate container return. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** Professionals with completed technical education, or currently enrolled in or having incomplete university studies. Required Knowledge: * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with web pages. * Knowledge of BPA. * Basic knowledge of the 5S methodology. * Knowledge of warehouse safety standards. Experience: Minimum 1 year as a warehouse supervisor (mandatory); at least 1 year operating a stacker or forklift (preferred).
