




**Job Description:** We are looking for a proactive and creative Community Manager to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and developing our brand's social media presence, creating engaging content, interacting with our community, and analyzing the performance of our digital strategies. The Community Manager will play a key role in digital communication and in building strong relationships with our audience. **Responsibilities:** * **Social Media Management:** Plan, create, and execute content strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), aligned with brand objectives. * **Content Creation:** Develop visual and written content (texts, images, videos, infographics, etc.) to encourage interaction, engagement, and community growth. * **Community Interaction:** Respond promptly and professionally to comments, direct messages, and mentions, fostering dialogue and relationships with followers. * **Metrics Analysis:** Monitor and analyze campaign and post results (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) using analytical tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to optimize strategies. * **Crisis Management:** Serve as the point of contact for any crisis situations or negative comments on social media, managing responses appropriately and professionally. * **Trends and Creativity:** Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and technological tools, applying them to improve strategies. * **Growth Strategy:** Collaborate in creating promotional campaigns, contests, and other initiatives to increase follower base and enhance brand engagement. * **Coordination with Other Departments:** Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent communication aligned with the brand identity. * **Reporting:** Prepare periodic reports on social media performance and marketing campaigns, providing recommendations to improve digital impact. **Requirements:** * Graduate or Technical Professional in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or as a Community Manager. * Knowledge and proficiency in major social platforms and management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.). * Strong writing, creativity, and effective communication skills. * Ability to analyze data and metrics to adjust strategies. * Knowledge of social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.). * Proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and good organizational skills. * Adaptability to rapid changes and trends in the digital environment. * Basic graphic design skills (experience with tools like Canva or Photoshop is a plus). **We Offer:** * Opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic environment. * Participation in innovative digital marketing projects. * Creative and collaborative work environment. * Competitive salary based on experience and skills.
