Job Summary: HC Suministros is seeking a Purchasing and Logistics Analyst to oversee inventory control, coordinate logistics processes, and support procurement management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage inventory and stock levels. 2. Coordinate material receipt, storage, and dispatch. 3. Support supplier negotiations and logistics cost management. HC Suministros is currently seeking a PURCHASING AND LOGISTICS ANALYST to join our team. Main Responsibilities: Monitor inventory control and minimum stock levels. Issue purchase orders and track supplier performance. Coordinate material receipt, storage, and dispatch. Analyze inventory turnover and prevent stockouts. Support evaluation of logistics costs and procurement strategies. Maintain up-to-date information in the ERP/WMS system. Prepare logistics reports for decision-making. Conduct cyclic inventory counts and participate in physical audits. Classify products using ABC analysis for effective inventory management. Identify slow-moving items and propose write-offs or liquidation. Coordinate distribution routes using company-owned or third-party transportation. Generate logistics performance indicators (service levels, lead times, turnover). Support supplier negotiations regarding pricing and delivery timelines. Propose improvements to warehouse layout, picking processes, and storage operations. Provide support for other functions related to the department. Requirements: Education: Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or inventory management, preferably in the industrial hardware sector. Knowledge: Inventory control and management, warehouse operations, ERP and logistics systems, intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
