A leading company in the automotive parts industry is looking for qualified talent to fill the position of WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR. Job Description: * High level of communication and full commitment to the organization * Desired knowledge: Basic Office & Windows * Perform rotating shifts * Knowledge in inventory management. Responsibilities: * Supervise and/or ensure compliance with operational activities within the warehouse to carry out efficient processes. * Supervise and/or audit the good condition of warehouse facilities to guarantee optimal performance of the Functions: * Lead the comprehensive management of the logistics cycle: receiving, storage, and dispatch. * Optimize picking and packing processes to ensure correct order preparation. * Optimize delivery route management. * Supervise, develop, and lead the warehouse and distribution team under their charge. * Execute and/or ensure Good Storage Practices within the warehouse, complying with rotation standards * Ensure and supervise the application of safety and quality standards in warehouses to guarantee proper product storage. * Verify compliance with merchandise urgency requirements, according to OP and customer. * Monitor personnel to ensure that planning orders are fulfilled.
