




**Main Responsibilities:** * Review and organize **delivery notes, reports, and delivery orders**. * **Coordinate deliveries** with clients and carriers according to the established schedule. * **Update dispatch tracking sheets**, expenses, and schedules in Excel. * **Record and review expenses** related to transportation or maintenance. * **Send consolidated information** to the accounting department for registration. * **Follow up on deliveries** and confirm receipt with clients. * **Assist in preparing simple budgets** for transportation or maintenance. * **Maintain constant communication** with clients and internal departments to ensure schedule compliance. * **Coordinate occasional services** (such as forklift rentals) when required. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical degree or student in Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in dispatch or operational support roles. * **Intermediate to advanced Excel skills** (spreadsheets, formulas, data control). * Documentation handling for dispatch and delivery tracking. * Availability to work in Chorrillos from 8 a.m. \- 6:30 p.m. Job type: Full-time Work location: On-site
