Job Summary: Support kitchen operations for a multinational catering company by preparing food and providing general assistance in dish preparation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Focused on gastronomy, our operations span Airline Catering, Concessions, and Remote Site Services—covering food service, maintenance, and hospitality within the latter. We are currently seeking KITCHEN ASSISTANTS. Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * And/or relevant work experience validating and supporting your knowledge. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in concession-based roles or related fields. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist the chef and/or head cook in pre-preparing and/or preparing dishes * Prepare sauces, side dishes, salads, and others * Perform mise en place * Support assigned food preparation and plating tasks * Assist with activities assigned by your immediate supervisor BENEFITS: * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * Base salary + bonuses + 100% covered meals. * Monthly payments.
