Teamwork and strong communication skills LA TAHONA BAKERY is looking for experienced Bakery Assistants with a minimum of 6 months’ experience, passionate about baking, to join our team. REQUIREMENTS: 1\. Ability to quickly learn kneading, fermentation, and baking under parameters established by the company. 2\. Ability to work under pressure. 3\. Skills to maintain a clean and organized workplace. 4\. Knowledge of bakery product preparation, especially pastries such as French bread, hamburger buns, hot dog buns, ciabatta, etc., following company-established parameters. 5\. Strong communication and teamwork skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Production of sweet and savory doughs, following company-standardized recipes. 2\. Dough shaping, forming, baking, and packaging of bread. 3\. Ensuring product quality and consistency. 4\. Collaborating with the production team to meet production deadlines and objectives. 5\. Assisting in maintaining inventory and supply levels. 6\. Organizing and cleaning the workplace.
