Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and responsible Multiskilled Operator to join our maintenance team, performing diverse repair and conservation tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Perform basic painting, plumbing, electrical, and masonry work. 2. Carry out deterioration prevention and facility repairs. 3. Support renovation and maintenance projects. **JOB OPENING – MULTISKILLED OPERATOR** **JQ CONSTRUCCIONES Y MANTENIMIENTO S.A.C** We are currently seeking a committed, responsible, and detail-oriented **Multiskilled Operator** to join our maintenance team. **Responsibilities:** * Perform basic painting tasks (filling, drywall, and on metal structures), plumbing, electrical work, masonry, and/or renovation. * Perform basic locksmithing tasks: repairing or replacing locks, hinges, knobs, padlocks, etc. * Carry out deterioration prevention, repairs, patching, and facility conservation at client sites. * Report incidents occurring within client facilities. * Report unsafe conditions observed during service execution to the immediate supervisor for prompt resolution. * Support renovation and maintenance projects. * Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor. **Required Profile:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in General Services: electricity, painting, plumbing, masonry, and/or renovation (according to specialty). * Basic knowledge of sanitary installations and physical security elements. * Responsibility, orderliness, and teamwork skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to various project types. * Must reside in areas adjacent to San Juan de Miraflores. * Immediate availability to work in Southern Lima. **Benefits:** * Competitive market-rate salary. * Formal employment registration (MYPE Regime) after probation period. * Positive work environment. **Working Hours:** · Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. · Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. (Availability for paid overtime) **Work Location:** San Juan de Miraflores. Salary: S/.2,000.00 – S/.2,100.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
