Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC Router Operator to program, configure, and operate machines for manufacturing models in wood and composite materials, ensuring precision and quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and program CNC routers for model manufacturing. 2. Interpret technical drawings and CAD/CAM files. 3. Machining of wood, resins, polyurethane, and aluminum. The CNC Router Operator is required to: \- Operate, program, and configure CNC router machines for manufacturing models in wood and composite materials, ensuring precision, quality, and compliance with technical specifications. \- Interpret technical drawings and CAD/CAM files. Machine wood, resins, polyurethane, and aluminum. \- Select and prepare materials according to technical requirements. Perform quality control: verify dimensions and tolerances. Configure cutting parameters (speed, feed rate, tools). \- Conduct basic preventive maintenance on equipment. Optimize material usage and reduce waste. Requirements: \- Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production, CNC, or related fields (preferred). \- Experience: 1–2 years operating CNC machines in wood modeling. \- Technical knowledge: Proficiency in CAM software; CNC programming and G-code generation; ability to read and interpret CAD/CAM drawings; knowledge of end mills, cutting types, and wood surface finishes; understanding of modeling principles: metal shrinkage, draft angles, mold parting lines.
