Career development path DON 4 RESTAURANTE, a company in the gastronomy sector, is currently seeking: SECOND COOK We are looking for someone with experience in preparing and presenting exquisite and creative dishes that delight our guests. REQUIREMENTS: 3 years of kitchen experience. Knowledge of various dishes. Availability to work from Monday to Sunday, with 1 day off per week. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare mise en place according to menu items. Assist in executing dishes as ordered by customers, following waitstaff notes; Maintain personal hygiene and food safety, as well as keep the kitchen organized and clean; Minimize food waste; Ensure food quality by checking expiration dates and proper storage; Assist in dish preparation and restocking; Follow Procedures Manual and Good Practices; Perform other related duties.
