**Profile** \- Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering or Industrial Engineering. \- Minimum 3 years of experience in food manufacturing plants (as analyst, supervisor, or production coordinator). \- Experience managing operational staff. \- Knowledge of production costs. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level. **General Responsibilities** 1\. Monitor and supervise operational staff during their work shifts. 2\. Develop the weekly production plan. 3\. Design and monitor operational performance indicators (KPIs) for the Operations area to optimize processes. 4\. Develop and implement a plan to control production waste (shrinkage). 5\. Ensure efficient warehouse performance regarding operations, costs, and inventory management. 6\.
