Production Operator – Rotating Shift

Job Summary: Support on the shop floor with production control, processes, quality, and hygiene, ensuring product identification and packaging, and recording reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Meticulous production and quality control 2. Comprehensive support in plant operations 3. Participation in shift changes and machinery maintenance **Responsibilities:** · Perform meticulous production control, complying with quality control requirements · Provide support in the plant as required · Maintain order and punctuality in accordance with internal regulations · Monitor processes identically to the machine operator · Ensure effective personal safety and hygiene at all times · Prepare fixtures for machines · Collect scrap in bags by product and by machine · Ensure correct identification of generated scrap · Participate in shift changes following the machine procedure · Keep the assigned cutting machine clean at all times · Record process control reports · Load materials into the machine and verify they are undamaged (spine and profile) · Package/strap production bundles · Palletize bundles for delivery to the finished goods warehouse; wrap with stretch film · Complete the intake documentation for products delivered to the finished goods warehouse **I.
