Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction and Projects Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact between our company and clients, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and effective communication throughout the installation process. Direct liaison with site staff and the client's project manager *Mahibe Proyecta S.A.C. — Custom melamine furniture manufacturing and installation* **About Us** Mahibe Proyecta is a Peruvian company with over 10 years of experience in designing, manufacturing, and installing melamine furniture for real estate projects (wardrobes, kitchens, bathrooms, common areas, and offices). We collaborate with leading construction firms and real estate developers in Lima. **About the Position** We are seeking a Construction and Projects Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact between Mahibe and our clients’ site staff, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and clear communication during the installation of our projects. This role reports directly to General Management and works closely with the production department to ensure on-site commitments are accurately reflected in production execution. **Main Responsibilities** * Serve as the direct liaison with site staff and the client's project manager. * Coordinate schedules, deliveries, and installation activities with the production team. * Monitor project timelines and proactively anticipate potential deviations to the client. * Collect technical information on-site (measurements, issues, adjustments) and relay it to production and management. * Timely report progress updates and alerts to General Management. **Requirements** * Experience leading teams, coordinating projects, or managing client relationships (construction industry experience is not mandatory). * Ability to communicate clearly and maintain professional conduct with demanding clients. * Results-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage KPIs. * Availability to visit construction sites in Lima. * Preferred: Prior experience in construction, installations, or related fields. **We Offer** * Growth-oriented position: With adaptation and demonstrated results, real opportunity to assume greater responsibilities and receive salary adjustments. * Close working environment with direct communication with Management. * Immediate availability is highly valued.
