Quality Assistant / Quality Inspector

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Quality Assistant to support quality inspections during the metal-mechanical manufacturing process. Key Highlights: 1. Development of experience in metal-mechanical manufacturing and bodywork QUALITY ASSISTANT – METAL-MECHANICAL Requirements * Final-year student or graduate from a technical institute or university. * Training in Metal Structures and Construction, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum experience of **3 to 6 months** in internships or roles related to quality control in metal-mechanical companies, metal construction, or bodywork manufacturing. * Basic knowledge of: * Dimensional control inspection. * Visual welding inspection (VT). * Interpretation of technical drawings. * Use of measuring instruments (tape measure, vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.). * Microsoft Office at basic/intermediate level. * Knowledge of penetrant testing (PT). * Proactivity, responsibility, and ability to work in a team. Responsibilities * Support quality inspections across various stages of the manufacturing process. * Conduct dimensional inspections according to drawings and technical specifications. * Assist with visual welding inspection (VT) and penetrant testing (PT) as required. * Verify compliance with company-established acceptance criteria. * Record inspection results in the appropriate forms. * Promptly report detected non-conformities and carry out corresponding follow-up. * Assist in preparing and organizing records and documentation for the Quality Department. * Participate in final inspection of units prior to release. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
