Job Summary: We are seeking Quality Engineers to control and monitor construction processes in urban development projects and road construction works. Key Highlights: 1. Quality document management Quality Engineer – Urban Development and Road Construction Works **MG TRANSPORTE INGENIERÍA SERVICIOS** is looking for **2 Quality Engineers** to join our team and participate in **urban development, road construction, and earthworks projects**. Work locations for which hiring will occur: * **Pucusana** – Reference: La Honda Beach. * **Punta Negra** – Reference: Entrance to Punta Rocas. * Transportation included for project entry and exit. Main Responsibilities: * Perform **control and monitoring of construction processes**, in accordance with technical specifications and established procedures. * Verify and control the quality of on-site work performed. * Develop, implement, and monitor **quality protocols and records**. * Coordinate and supervise the execution of **quality tests and trials** related to construction processes. * Maintain **quality document control** for the project. * Prepare, organize, and keep updated all required documentation for submission to the Client. * Track observations, non-conformities, and corrective actions. * Coordinate with the production team and other involved departments to ensure compliance with technical and quality requirements. * Prepare quality reports and documentation as required by the project. Requirements: * **Graduated Civil Engineer or Architect**. * Specialization or experience in **quality control for urban development, road construction, earthworks, building construction, and/or related projects**. * **Minimum 3 years of documented and verifiable experience** in controlling and monitoring construction processes. * Experience in **developing quality protocols, records, and tests**. * Experience in **quality document control** and preparing documentation for submission to the Client. * Ability to work on-site and coordinate directly with the construction team. * Organized handling of technical documentation and quality records. * Laptop required.
