Position Summary: We are seeking a Nursing Technician to support nursing procedures, provide safe patient care, and prepare the operating room in a Hospital Complex. Key Highlights: 1. Ongoing training We are an international healthcare company currently seeking a professional to fill the following position: Nursing Technician \- Gynecology and Obstetrics for our Hospital Complex in South Lima. **Requirements:** * Certified Nursing Technician. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the field. * Basic CPR certification (preferred). * Availability to work in Villa María Del Triunfo. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in basic nursing procedures. * Provide safe and high-quality patient care. * Comply with biosafety and asepsis protocols. * Prepare the operating room for scheduled surgeries. * Verify supplies, materials, and surgical instruments. * Implement the safe surgery checklist. * Document perioperative patient care. * Properly label samples and specimens. * Assist with patient hygiene, feeding, and mobilization. * Maintain order and cleanliness of the unit. * Record receipt and handover of personal belongings and medications. * Participate in scheduled training sessions. * Perform other duties assigned by supervision. **What benefits do we offer?** * All legally mandated benefits. * Ongoing training. * Discounts with educational institutions, supplier visits, and more.
