WAREHOUSE OPERATOR

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products and materials, maintaining an orderly and clean warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Physical receipt and verification of products and materials. 2. Quality control and specific validation according to the type of input. 3. Storage of products following FIFO or LIFO methods. Carry out the proper receipt, storage, and dispatch of products and/or materials arriving at the warehouse where employed, while keeping warehouse areas orderly and clean. 1\. Receive suppliers and physically receive locally purchased or imported products or materials, verifying that their documentation matches the physical items. 2\. Perform physical quality control and verification on incoming products, with additional attention to the following specific cases: \- For plastic inputs, verify weight using a scale. \- For inputs with design, submit samples to the marketing department for approval. \- For spare parts or manufactured products, communicate and coordinate with the end user to validate product receipt. 3\. Carry out receipt, storage, or dispatch of products or materials (e.g., obsolete jute bags, raw materials, etc.) at external locations designated by the area supervisor. 4\. Record weights and/or other defined data in the control logbook or established records for receipt tracking. 5\. Move received products into the respective warehouse using a hydraulic pallet truck or assigned equipment. 6\. Assist in receiving products or materials from various branches (Lurín, San Luis, or third parties) and deliver them to the requesting user departments. 7\. Store products according to the FIFO or LIFO method as appropriate for each product. Salary: S/.1,250.00 \- S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
