We are currently expanding and seeking to add a proactive, responsible, and customer-oriented **Service Advisor** to our team. **3\. Candidate Profile** We seek a **responsible, organized individual with strong communication skills**, customer-service oriented, and interested in professional growth within the automotive sector. The ideal candidate must be able to **coordinate with customers and technical staff**, maintain a positive service attitude, and support daily workshop operations. **4\. Requirements** * Technician in **Automotive Mechanics**, with completed studies. * Minimum **6 months of experience in automotive workshops or similar roles**. * Age between **20 and 35 years**. * Valid **Peruvian driver’s license** for vehicle operation. * Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with customers. * Ability to work collaboratively and under supervision. **5\. Main Responsibilities** * Provide **information and customer service** in person and virtually. * Assist with **vehicle reception** at the workshop. * **Move vehicles** within the facility as needed. * Support the **Workshop Manager** in job coordination and service tracking. * Maintain communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles. * Assist in organizing and managing the workshop’s operational workflow. **6\.
