Currently, we are seeking a **DATA ENGINEER** for one of our clients. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop and maintain ETL pipelines and databases (Relational, Big Data, Data Lake, Data Warehouse) to transform raw data. * Extract data from various sources—both internal and external—that hold value. * Transform "raw data" for analysis (cleaning, standardization, classification, etc.). * Process large-scale information using cloud-based Big Data technologies (AWS, Google). * Create automations to ensure data remains continuously updated. * Communicate with business users to gather requirements and understand their needs. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree and/or title in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL databases. * Minimum 1 year of cloud experience, preferably on GCP (Cloud Storage, DataFlow, BigQuery, BigTable, Pub/Sub, DataProc, Composer). * Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, including cloud-based project management and implementation. * Minimum 3 years of experience in database administration and exploitation (Mandatory). * Knowledge of programming languages and tools related to Big Data. * Basic-level proficiency in Java, Python/Scala (data processing, API development and exposure). * Knowledge of Agile methodologies (desirable). * Knowledge of programming languages and tools related to Big Data. * Language: English – Intermediate level Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.5,500.00 – S/.6,500.00 per month Work location: On-site
